Refunds and Returns
We know that from time to time you might need to return something that you have purchased from us. For that reason, our Refunds and Returns Policy is very easy to follow.
COVID-19 UPDATE 03/05/2020
While we are accepting online orders, arranging returns/refunds is a little bit tricky right now. We have extended our returns period to 90 days until further notice. Please hold on to any items that you need to return and send us a message to with more details.
We hope that we will soon be able to accept returns, so please keep them in a new condition and we will be in touch with more information.
You are still protected by your consumer rights and we will do everything we can to make things as easy as possible.
We are happy to exchange or refund any item returned in a saleable condition with its receipt within 28 days.
For items purchased in a SALE, we can only offer an exchange or credit note, within 15 days from the date of your receipt.
A refund will be issued by the original payment method, to the value of the item as printed on the receipt.

We are unable to accept returns of underwear and swimwear, for hygiene reasons.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
Christmas Presents - Exchange Policy
We know that many people like to buy Christmas presents well in advance of 25 December and for this reason we will allow an additional exchange period until 25 January for any items purchased from us without a receipt available. While we are unable to offer a refund on items without receipts we are more than happy to exchange them for items of the same value during this time.
Any exchanges which come to a higher price than the original amount paid will need to be settled up with payment on the day.
If an exchange is not possible at the time of coming in to the shop, we will offer a gift voucher to the item's original value for use in store which will be valid for 6 months.
