Unfortunately we have been let down too many times recently by our current courier service. This is disappointing not only for us but for our customers as, although it is something out of our control it reflects bad on us when an item is delayed.
So with this in mind, we are immediately moving away from our current provider which means we will no longer offer delivery via Hermes or InPost. Having a reliable courier service is very important to us, so we are now looking to partner with an alternative service.
In the meantime, please order as you normally would via our website. We will ensure that your order is delivered by Royal Mail or a courier service that we know will deliver within expected timescales.
Please accept our apologies if you have been affected by a delivery service which did not meet your expectations. Although this is largely out of our control, what we can do about it is to choose a courier which has the same high standards as us.
