Returns & exchanges during lockdown

We know that many of you will have received Christmas gifts purchased from our store and some of you might need to exchange or return something.

With our physical shop being temporarily closed, we have changed our returns policy and the latest date for refunds and exchanges has been extended until lockdown is over and we can reopen again.

So if you can hang on to your items and keep them in brand new condition, we will happily sort things out when you can visit us in person.
