With immediate effect Hamiedog Menswear will no longer use Evri as a delivery method for our customer orders.
Like many people across the country, we have been extremely disappointed with Evri's recent performance and have personally been affected by this. Some of our customer orders over the Christmas period were delayed to an unacceptable level.
Evri have been particularly unhelpful to customer complaints regarding missing and delayed parcels. This level of service does not match the qualities and values that we at Hamiedog stand for.
We apologise and sympathise if you were unlucky to have been caught up in the ongoing mess that Evri are currently in.
All future customer orders will be fulfilled with a reliable delivery service and prices may vary as a result, but our opinion is that if you pay cheap you get cheap, and unreliable. We will still offer free courier delivery to all orders where £50 or higher has been spent.
