Everything is handmade in small, low energy consumption and low wastage batches, in the Cosy Cottage Yorkshire workshop, from an ecologically friendly coconut oil base. They only use natural ingredients, free from palm oil and the potentially harmful effects of parabens and SLS. They add no water to their extra long-lasting products, nor do they use any artificial colourings.
 
The fragrances are all lovingly created from steam distilled flowers, fruits and plants. At Cosy Cottage they do not test anything on animals and they do not commission third parties to do so on their behalf.
