We're open this bank holiday

As we all celebrate a fantastic 70 years of service by Her Majesty The Queen, we are pleased to be open as normal on Thursday 2nd June, Friday 3rd June and Saturday 4th June.

So if you're taking part in the Whitley Bay Platinum Jubilee Trail, having a walk about the coast or searching for an early Father's Day present we will be here for you.

You can also buy Whitley Bay Gift Vouchers from us during this time as well as collect your Wish Shopping deliveries.

To celebrate the extra bank holidays we are also offering you double points on your Hamiedog Rewards card. If you don't have one already just pick one up for free in store and start collecting because it won't take long to build up your points then you can exchange for some money off a future purchase.

Free Delivery Promotion

We have partnered with a new courier service following issues experienced earlier in the year with our previous provider.

The good news is that the delivery charges are just about the same as they were before but as an added extra, if you spend £50 or more in our online store you will receive automatic free standard courier delivery!

You don't need to do anything other than make your purchase as normal, then choose Standard Delivery during the checkout process and if your order qualifies you'll get free delivery. You can of course always upgrade to paid priority delivery if you need things a bit quicker.

As a small independent business, your satisfaction with all elements of buying from us is extremely important so please pass on any feedback - good or bad - with our new delivery service.

Job Vacancy this Summer

We are going to trial extending of our opening hours this summer and will be looking for someone to fill the position of Sales Assistant for around 6 hours every Wednesday, with the possibility of being asked to cover additional days as required.

Taking on staff is something which is brand new for us as we are a family business, and this is why we are starting off very small.
