We have updated our policy for refunds, returns and exchanges.
In addition to your statutory rights, our returns window has been extended to 31 January 2022. This means that you have more time to sort things out if you need to bring something back.
Please also bring a receipt with you on the day.
For purchases with a receipt, a full refund can be provided when you return your item in brand new, unworn condition (unless it is faulty). Refunds will be done using the same method which was used to make payment, so if you paid via credit/debit card you must bring the same card which was used at the time. If you paid via cash, your refund will be done in cash.
Alternatively you are able to exchange your returned item for something else to the same value or higher (the difference must be paid for), subject to availability. If you can't see anything to exchange to on the day, we are happy to issue you with a store credit note for the value of the original item, valid for 6 months.
For purchases with a gift receipt, your unworn returned item can be exchanged for something else (e.g. a different size or a totally different product) up to the same value as the original item. Anything which is exchanged to a higher value, the difference must be paid.
If there is nothing suitable to exchange your item with, we will issue you with a store credit note for the original value of the item as purchased at the time. This will be valid for 6 months.
For purchases without a receipt of any kind, you are welcome to exchange your unworn item for an alternative up to the same value. Anything which is exchanged to a higher value, the difference must be paid. We are unable to issue you with a refund without proof of purchase.
